Market positioning strategy for a major business and innovation park on land adjacent to London’s Gatwick Airport in the UK.
Waters Economics team members acted as strategic planners and economists for the development and investment consortium. This included undertaking market positioning of the new business and innovation park, as well as reviewing economic forecasts to assess future employment demand and associated employment land use requirements in the Gatwick area.
